Took my TDI Jetta in to have the A/C system diagnosed. I explained that I suspected the control solonoid in the compressor had failed. Picked it up to find a diagnosis of a failed compressor with a repair explained that I suspected the control solonoid in the compressor had failed. Picked it up to find a diagnosis of a failed compressor with a repair cost of ~$1,400. I declined that repair as I did not believe the compressor had failed. Andrew called and told me my compressor was not serviceable and didn't have a removable control solonoid. I explained that it did as I could see it. I asked for him to provide the compressor model. Several days went by with no response. After I called back I finally received a follow up email from Andrew stating that I did in fact have a serviceable compressor. I asked him to find out what if any diagnosis had been done on my car and have not heard back after multiple e-mails. More

Made appointment for service 5 days in advance, and it still took over 24 hours and 3 phone calls to look at my car. Once the main problem was located, it was fixed pretty quickly.
