Paul Safley, the Service Advisor, took care of me. He was knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. He even washed and vacuumed my 2008 Touareg!! The sad part is that to fix the problem found would cost more was knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. He even washed and vacuumed my 2008 Touareg!! The sad part is that to fix the problem found would cost more than I paid for the car - so it was a sad day because I LOVE my Touareg! (Second one I’ve had!) but it’s a problem that I’m unfortunately going to have to just deal with for now. Hopefully one day I will be able to get a newer one! Or an Atlas!!
