Always a quick service appt. My only star lacking is that they seem to be unable to fix a clip problem that I have had with an interior panel which has recurred since buying the car. I ask every time for a permanent fix, and it is just slid back into place until the next time. Beautiful, expensive car with extended warranty, low miles and cheap fix I can't seem to get done. Ultimately getting 3 stars because they did find and resolve the issue, but tried to make up things that weren't broken driving the overall bill up substantially.
