Worst experience I’ve ever had at a service department. This was the first time having a Volkswagen and we bought a new Atlas, went in for our first oil change and we live over an hour away. And came all the way to a dealership to talk about a few things we were concerned about....Waited over 2.5 hours to get it done and they told me they didn’t even have time to check why the check engine light was on after we had said we were so far from any dealership and the response was the Springfield dealership is closer to Joplin where we live...so let us leave knowing something may be wrong with a car and we don’t have a dealership close it something did happen and brushed off any other questions about the car. Definitely going to look at trading this car in and not owning a VW Because of this crappy customer service! More

Service for Beetle Recall We brought in our Beetle Convertible for service regarding a recall notice. Repair was very fast. Dealer has a very comfortable waiting area.
