Not the best or what you would expect. We called to ask about faulty windshield wipers, the service guy said they weren’t covered and just told us to buy them ourselves. He sounded like he We called to ask about faulty windshield wipers, the service guy said they weren’t covered and just told us to buy them ourselves. He sounded like he didn’t want to help so I called corporate for more info and they told me the wipers were under warranty for 6 months. She had to call Crain and set up an appointment for me. When we showed up to the Appointment the service guy basically complained that they were gonna have to order them and pay out of pocket because corporate doesn’t cover them. Not sure why he would’ve complained about having to do his job but that basically cleared up why he didn’t want to help to begin with. More
