Awesome hustle and attention to detail! I’ve had 3 interactions with Crain VW, all have been over the top! First I needed a tire replaced in special size; parts staff shipped it in, stayed l I’ve had 3 interactions with Crain VW, all have been over the top! First I needed a tire replaced in special size; parts staff shipped it in, stayed late, and talked service tech into mount and balance after hours to get me on the road! Second, parts personnel ordered parts, had them painted and installed in less than 5 days; incredible! Third visit was for routine service; communication was outstanding and precise! Thank you for the personal touch! More

From locating the issue, to explaining the situation, to fixing the problem, all aspects are taken care The people at Crain excel in customer service. They work with me in scheduling my appointments and pickup which is necessary as I live 2 hours away. There is a dealership closer; however due to the attention and service I receive from Crain, I choose to drive the distance. More
