Service They had my car for a week. Never got a loaner. Said my car would be done Thursday morning and it wasn't. Because of that, I lost my ride for the day They had my car for a week. Paid for my car when it was done and the service engine light was on. When I asked the mechanic why it was on, he said "I dont know. I wasn't told to look into that". The run around I was given the run around and had to reschedule my appt twice. The first time was because I was never initially put the on the schedule the second ti I was given the run around and had to reschedule my appt twice. The first time was because I was never initially put the on the schedule the second time was because after being promised a loaner car there weren't any available so they pushed my appointment back another day. I was also given conflicting information in that they would honor my coupon on the parts I purchased when the man who checked me out said it wasn't valid and I couldn't use it, very frustrating process, didn't appreciate the tone of the man who helped me and didn't seemed to care that they messed up after explaining how many times my appointment was moved around due to their error. I would avoid this service dept all together if my brand new vehicle purchased didn't have a warranty stating I need to bring it here. More
