Stranded while on business trip Developed water pump issues on way from MS to Harrison, AR and dropped vehicle on Monday. Was told it could be done by Thurs/Fri. Parts were ordered o Developed water pump issues on way from MS to Harrison, AR and dropped vehicle on Monday. Was told it could be done by Thurs/Fri. Parts were ordered on Tues and arrived on Wed. I called and was advised work would start Wed. This did not happen. Called again on Thurs afternoon and work had not yet begun. Tech started on my car late Thurs. Showed up on Fri morning and tech had just removed water pump. Was advised they were shooting for noon. They did allow me to use a courtesy car to get home (7 hours) in time for my sons birthday on Sat. This was nice. Car wasn’t ready until Sat. Good thing I didn’t wait around on Fri. Had to drive 3 hours out of way on Monday to come back and get my car. The guys up front were really nice and explained what was going on. The price was reasonable. They did call to check to see if I had any problems after I picked up my car. This was much appreciated. More

Car was not fixed the first time. I live 3.5 hours away and it broke down on the way home. I was assured that it would work by cleaning it instead of replacing it. Aft the first time. After having to leave my car in eureka springs and getting a ride home, I was without my car all week and missed 2 days of work due to not having my car. Now I have to try to find a ride back to Fayetteville 3.5 one way just to pick it up again. Not sure when I can pick it up. Not real happy at this moment and going to stop now. I ask that the key be left in the car and locked up for me to pick up. When I arrived to get it, you were closed and had my key inside so I had to come back the next day while you were open to get my key. On the way home,,,,,,IT QUIT,,,,,,leaving me stranded with no car once again. Hopefully it is fixed this time. Thank you for reading this rant. More

Really poor experience I was talked into spending a thousand dollars for a service contract, so I have to drive thirty-five minutes one way to the dealership. I just needed I was talked into spending a thousand dollars for a service contract, so I have to drive thirty-five minutes one way to the dealership. I just needed an oil change and it took over two hours to do that. The entire time I was waiting, a sales person sat and talked at me, for over two hours, about his personal things like gross medical details and his alcoholism. I really needed help with my car (that I bought there at the dealership,) in that I have these cloth seats that get huge brown circles every time they get any water on them. I don't know how to clean them! I have brought this up to them three times, and I get blown off every time. I did get my oil changed but took a miserable three and a half hours to get it. More
