I had a complaint with the availability of a promised courtesy shuttle, but immediately upon learning of my complaint, the service manager reached out to me, apologized, and offered to coordinate transpiration at future visits. That's the sign of a great business - acknowledging an employee's mistake and making it right for the customer. I will continue to go to Crain VW for service, as I know they stand behind their work and commitment to customer service. More

Vast improvement over prior experiences. I’m a self proclaimed dealer hater. She was kicked back, playing on her phone when I arrived a The young lady working the service desk needs to go through some customer service training. She was kicked back, playing on her phone when I arrived and she acted like I was interrupting her. No greeting, just very lackadaisical. The workbwas done fairly quickly and no issue from that standpoint. However, the same young lady processed my payment, and again I felt like I was interrupting her. She couldn’t even find it her herself to say “please sign here”. As the first people see coming in for service, I would suggest finding someone who understands customer service. More
