But Kenny Ford, the sales guy, is one awesome person. He only spent one day with us but he always remembers us (even my birthdate!) and he’s so friendly and welcoming! He made buying a car so easy and a positive experience! He did so good we actually bought two cars on the same day! And the service department was so thorough and considering the extra stuff we added to the service ticket (RO#331857), my car was still done quickly while we waited. Great team at Crain. More
