Originally I only wanted to stop and test drive a particular truck, but with so little miles, I was essentially buying a new truck for the price of a used one. Kristen worked extra hard to reduce my APR to account for having GAP coverage, ended up with a lower payment and GAP. I would recommend her without hesitation. I would be happy to go back next time.
