The no-haggle approach is good especially when comparing prices on the truck against other dealerships in the area confirmed that I was in fact getting the lowest price around. They were never pushy or deceptive. Good way of doing business that's very hard to come by, especially with the car market these days. There was a small paint stain in the bed from the previous lease that didn't concern me as I planned to take care of that myself. To my surprise when I came to sign the paperwork and take the truck they ended up getting it off for me when they were preparing the truck for me. Unexpected and very appreciated. Spent some time chatting with Thomas after we closed the sale. Overall I got a great deal on a basically new truck and was treated very well by the staff. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle check out the inventory at this dealership and talk to the staff here while on their search for a vehicle. When we returned and agreed that this was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, Johnathan was very professional in dealing with us. He offered several different maintenance options but was respectful when we declined. The price of the vehicle was consistent with what was advertised and everything went smoothly until there was a discrepancy with the trade in value of my vehicle. After it was determined that the difference in the trade-in value of my car was based on an error that I had made in reporting the trim on my vehicle, Johnathan met with his manager and they graciously agreed to split the difference in the value of the trade-in. I was grateful that they were willing to meet me halfway especially when the error was one that I had made.
