Went to look at a 2015 Kia Soul, ended up purchasing a 2013 Chrysler 200....never tried to sway us either way, even when one was was priced over $2,500 more. Never had such a laid back, non-pushy salesperson with any other dealer in all of our previous vehicle purchases over many years. Helped us find a better rate with our financing too! Will definitely start with this dealer again when it is time to purchase another vehicle! Easy-no hassle transaction from beginning to end! Even though we live about 50 milies away, definitely worth the drive. I called on Thursday and said I just wanted to thank Tom for his help and his professionalism in handling the purchase of the 2014 Nissan Maxima SV. I called on Thursday and said I would be in on Friday afternoon late but I arrived early Friday morning. Tom was polite, professional and courteous. I took the car for a long test drive with no problems,no worries the concerns were handled quickly and purchased a vehicle that day. I’m very happy. Buying a used Jeep My husband found a Jeep online he wanted me to test drive. When we got there, the lot has several more options as well. Loved that we were not swarm My husband found a Jeep online he wanted me to test drive. When we got there, the lot has several more options as well. Loved that we were not swarmed by sales people. They gave us room to brouse and test drive several of the Jeep options. After all the test driving was done. Tom Troxell took his time with us as we narrowed down the Jeep I wanted. He answered questions, kept it simple. He worked on numbers to get us the payment I wanted. He agreed to go the extra mile and change iut the spare rim to match the rims on the tires...Looks so much better that way... We needed to be on the road the next day by 12 noon. He had the paperwork done, Jeep gassed up and did a final walk through. Easiest sale I have ever been too. Felt no pressure and never left there stressed either. Tom also offered to assist us in the future if we needed help or suggestions with the Jeep. It was easy to see he likes Jeeps as well. More
