Twice I have had my truck in the shop and both times parts have been on backorder for up to 4 weeks. The second time after the 4th delay on my part, I drove to a local Napa location and within 20 mins parts have been on backorder for up to 4 weeks. Anthony in service is great, but the parts department is inadequate at best. Why should I have to finally get so pissed off that I have to go and find my own parts. The good news is, I dont ever have go back to Crenwelge in Kerrville ever again. More

Left two messages to get oil change. Neither return call. Had to call service manager to schedule. Also scheduled a diagnostic to look at radio. When I arrived and paid for my oil change, noticed my radio was not looked at. I questioned tech and was told they didn’t have technician available. That is not what I was informed on phone. This kind of experience has happened numerous times over the last year or so..progressively worse. I have purchased two vehicles there. I just ordered a new vehicle from another dealer based on the lack of customer service and communication Crenwelge has gotten to be known for. I have to get my radio replaced. Once this is done, I am done. I have not seen any effort in improving the situation there either. More
