Our salesman Leo was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered our questions and ensured we could access all of the car's important features. He even helped us connect our phones to the car. Mike in finance was very thorough in explaining all of our options and the sales contract to us. He made sure he answered all of our questions before we signed. He also found us an additional 500 dollar incentive towards the purchase. Gary the sales manager helped us negotiate a fair price with no high pressure sales tactics. More
These two professionals (TG and Nick) provided a first class experience. TG went above and beyond, asking all the right questions with the goal of simply helping me out. He made a comment about he’s in th class experience. TG went above and beyond, asking all the right questions with the goal of simply helping me out. He made a comment about he’s in the people business. And I 100% agree with that. He is there to help and be was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Nick (and TG) both stayed after hours helping finalize the deal. While tired and ready to be home, Nick had a friendly, light hearted humor that made the process enjoyable and personable. Very poor/shady sales practices. I had a deal on a new Honda Pilot set up with a different Honda dealer out of state, but was being sure of trade in value and submitted my car to KBB I had a deal on a new Honda Pilot set up with a different Honda dealer out of state, but was being sure of trade in value and submitted my car to KBB. The internet guy (Ethan) called me almost immediately asking what I was looking for and I told him about already having a deal in place in Alabama. He said I have a Pilot here, why are you driving all the way down there? I hadn’t seen it when doing my search, so I thought that if they could do a deal close to the dealer out of state it would save me time and I would be able to shop local. I arrived within an hour of talking to Ethan, driving across Nashville in pouring rain. He set me up with a salesman, who said he thought that car was sold, but he would check. It was of course sold. They had some other Pilots though! No awd ones. The sales manager had one that they wanted more than MSRP for a demo (used) one. They lied to get me in the door, then try and switch me to a different model or upsell me on an overpriced used car. More
