I now have 2 Infinity QX60s and I’m proud of both. I’ve never owned a better vehicle so now I drive a Black Car service with my new one. They may not be the cheapest service option around but the extra cost is well worth the peace of mind I get knowing the work is being done correctly and in the off chance of any mistakes, they warranty their work. Crest Infinity is now the only place I will take my Infinities for service. I highly recommend Crest Infinity for all maintenance and repairs. More

Made an appointment and dropped off vehicle Friday at 7:45 am, 15 minutes before appointment time for a VERY simple service request. Never heard from anybody, so called about 4:00 pm and was told my vehi 7:45 am, 15 minutes before appointment time for a VERY simple service request. Never heard from anybody, so called about 4:00 pm and was told my vehicle was still waiting to be looked at and they’d get to it on Saturday and were open 7-3 on Saturday. Never heard from anybody on Saturday. Called first things Monday after seeing on the link that it still hadn’t been looked at and told them I’d take elsewhere. Terrible communication.
