I normally have a great experience when I bring my car in for service. But this time was a totally different experience and not in a good way. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning @7:30am for issues with for service. But this time was a totally different experience and not in a good way. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning @7:30am for issues with the driver air conditioning blowing hot. No issues doing that. Troy called and left me a voicemail and text that the Freon was low they topped it off and was going to recheck it Saturday morning to make certain there were no leaks. Ok that’s fine I’m good with that. I wait for a call on Saturday to get an update on if there was still an issue or it’s good for pickup. At1:00pm Saturday I texted Troy asking for an update. No reply! Which I was ok with. I figured he was off no big deal. Now come Monday morning I have no update nor do I have a way to work. I called and left a voicemail and text for Troy no reply. I called Crest service line no answer. Finally got a nice lady on the phone informed her of my dilemma, she called the service department then came back on the line to tell me no one is answering in the service department. She did this twice before she IM’D her manager. She was able to transfer me him and again I informed him of what is going on. By now I’m very irritated. He pulls me on hold then Troy gets on the line and tells me his instructions weren’t followed and was going to get with the technician to find out what happened. He then says they’ll send a car service to get me, take me to work. Another 10 minutes or so goes by when I receive another call from Brian to inform me that the car service couldn’t get me but he was going to send a driver. Which he did. I’m fine with Crest taking all the time needed to make certain they have resolved any issues that arises. And normally I receive top tier service Troy has been my service guy for over 5 years I appreciate him very much. But this service inconvenienced and stressed me out so much on a Monday morning. With all that being said; I do know things happen sometimes they we can’t control. This experience hasn’t changed how I feel about Crest Infiniti being an awesome dealership with an incredible service department. Just this experience wasn’t a great one. More
Troy Dunn is always so helpful. He gives me discounts when they apply. He always checks on me while in lobby, letting me know what's going on with my car. Love the loaner car program and Dustin who is always responsive. Service advisor and text messages on cars progress are always helpful. Car comes back clean and drivers are always nice. 😊 responsive.
