Dangerous! Do NOT trust their service department. I picked up my Infiniti SUV from their service department Sept 5. It needs the CVT transmission and the transfer case repaired/replaced. I wasn't sure I picked up my Infiniti SUV from their service department Sept 5. It needs the CVT transmission and the transfer case repaired/replaced. I wasn't sure it was worth the high cost of repair so I asked my service rep if it was safe to drive my vehicle home. He said it was. I have the voicemail. I confirmed it with him again in person when I picked up my car. Less than 2 miles away from Crest my low tire light came on. Tire pressure was 22 and should be 32. I had to find a place to air up the tire, which was aggravating. THEN, less than five miles later, while on the SRT Tollway, my car started knocking and shaking horribly. It sounded like my engine or transmission was falling out. I literally looked to see if I was leaving a trail of car parts behind me on the road. Plus, it smelled hot like something under the hood was on fire. With great difficulty (because my car was losing power), I was able to maneuver it to the side of the tollway. I could have caused a major wreck on the tollway trying to get to the shoulder. Even after I made it to the shoulder, it was unsafe. Cars were flying by so close to me it was dangerous. I could have been injured (or even killed) just trying to get my car to the side of the road or while sitting in my car once I made it to the side of the road. My insurance would have paid to tow my car to the nearest service provider, which would have been Crest Infiniti. I chose to pay $178 to tow my car home rather than use the services of Crest Infiniti. Crest Infiniti did NOT care about for my safety at all. Is it because I didn't pay them to repair my car?! There is no telling how much additional damage has been caused by driving my car tonight. Did the service rep even ask the technician if it was okay to drive or just assume I was overreacting to ask such a question since I'm a woman? My experience tonight was dangerous, damaging to my vehicle and completely unacceptable. I called the Crest Infiniti Service Director and GM several times today and no one has called me back. I do NOT recommend Crest Infiniti. More

Richie found the exact car I wanted and we worked a deal. It is so luxurious and exactly what I’ve been wanting. Richie was fantastic and gave great customer service the whole time. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful. Nathan showed us how to work everything in the delivery bay. 10 stars and we will recommend to anyone!!! More

I do not trust this service center!! Will use Sewell. The Crest service center told me my Infiniti could not be fixed and I needed to scrap it. I asked multiple different ways ( and actually in tears begg The Crest service center told me my Infiniti could not be fixed and I needed to scrap it. I asked multiple different ways ( and actually in tears begged them) to try and have them at least try to fix it but always got the response it would cost $10,000 and would not be worth it and to scrap it! I asked someone who had worked on infinities and he was SHOCKED they told me that!!!! I then took it to someone I trusted with lots of experience and he fixed it for $500!!! I almost trashed this car valued at $15,000 because of their bad advice! I am so angry!!! I later went in and told the service advisor I got it fixed for $500. He said nothing But acted super nice at both encounters. 😬 I now need a recall item done. Sewell told me they can do it within four hours. Crest told me to leave it there for a week!!! Sewell was so nice. I do not trust my car at Crest and won't use them again. 😳😬 More

My 2010 G37X, with only 30,235 miles on it, failed miserably! The report card even had the failure shown in a black box (RO#148138)! This must be important, because the entire world (World Class Inspection Lane) now knows about it. for penance, I waxed the car. I hope it forgives me. More
