My 2025 Autograph QX60 went in because it was making a loud noise on acceleration and vibrating the inside of cabin. I am very satisfied with the service at Crest. My service rep Robert is very honest and kind. He knows every of my car repair and he is happy to explain what has been done to my car. I am a car guy so I know exactly what he is talking about. For me is very important my car is treated the right way. In my years of experience dealing with car repairs at dealer’s repair shops I have found tools left in my car’s engine bay and forgotten parts or bolts uninstalled by inexperienced technicians. But not here at crest. I am pleased with the team work and the excellence they provide to the customers everyday. I don’t want to forget to mention I really like the way they meet and greet you when you go inside the service area to leave the car. The valet is very courteous and while one of them is talking to you to direct you to the right place, another one is putting plastic covers on your car’s carpet floors and seat to get it ready. I can really see team work and that they really care. Thank you. More
