I took my 2019 infiniti qx60 last week with check engine light on. I had already did my own diagnostic on my personal device I gave them the codes and I was told they were gonna do thier own diagnostic whic light on. They came back and said i needed reprogramming module software glitch in the system but I still had to get charged $379 I didn't argue. Do what needs to be done. I waited 3 hours at the service department while the car was being serviced plus the 45 mins driving there and 45 mins back home. I got home my check engine light came back on. I was frustrated and disappointed as I live 45 minutes away from the service department. I did the diagnostic again and the same codes came up. But this time my car didn't want to start. So apparently my car wasn't fixed. I ended up taking it somewhere else. More
