My experience was average because I asked Connie when I arrived for a car wash and she told me okay she will get that done for me after my service was complete. My service was completed I returned to my ve arrived for a car wash and she told me okay she will get that done for me after my service was complete. I am forced to revise my prior review. .i am not happy with the post sale customer service at this dealership. Missteps happened , and I was willing to look the other way, but when they co .i am not happy with the post sale customer service at this dealership. Missteps happened , and I was willing to look the other way, but when they continue happening , that is a problem. 1)sales team didn't print and put a temp tag on delivered car we just bought and drove home:, luckily I had a printer and was able to print my own copy and attach myself. 2)waited all day for something important I needed to sign to be emailed , never got it so I had to call buisness mgr. they said they were so busy and forgot also there Docusign wasn't working could we come in to sign? I called back with a specific time and date and they promised they would be ready for us . This was inconvenience to start, had to drive 1.5 hrs round trip after working 13 hrs and being up 27 hr..Got there and no paperwork available to sign, business mgr off, nobody else knew anything about any documents for us to sign. Huge waste of our time and energy.my husband was livid!Poor service after the sale is done . More
