I completed my finance app. And credit was actually started from Mini Anywhere, the purchase was started for a pre owned clubman. I was contacted by a different sales person Christian who verified the vehicle was still available. I reached out to the sales person, Henry Ro whom I was working with with no response. The next morning I tried reaching out again to followup on my purchase with no success. I then reached out to another sales associate by the name of Chritian who confirmed the vehicle was still available and would let Henry know I was trying to reach him. This was at 10:00 am. I never heard back from Henry Ro until after 2:00pm, when he told me that unfortunately, the vehicle sold. It is their policy to prioritize to someone who shows up physically to the dealership over someone who is using the MINI Anywhere. Beware of the Shady sales people at this dealership! More
