After working with Darrell and the whole Crews team, this "mindset" has changed. When I first met Darrell, I told him, "it did not matter if I bought a vehicle or not. I haven't owned one for a number of years, so it did not matter to me." He listened to what I wanted and then didn't beat around the bush.
