I was in the market for a tsx tech package for about 3 months trying to get the best price possible reach out through e mails to all the Md dealers including Virginia,Deleaware,Pennsylvania. My son had bought a car from Criswell Acura he was very happy with his price and service for his new vehicle so he contacted his salesman that he had dealt with for me Stefano Rinaldi. Stefano told my son to have me come in and see him when I was ready to buy that he would beat any deal .I was skeptical having problems with other dealerships in the past once you get there and get ready to close the deal everything changes but to my surprize not only did he beat my best price quote from other dealers he did it without even knowing my other quotes which was a better price then I ever expected to get. The whole experiance took about a hour and half. The whole sales team was excellent from Stefano to the sales manager Lamont to the finance department. The sales person was excellent. He followed thru and ensured delivery of our car. He was the third person that we had worked with. Our first sales person was excellent. He left the company and I actually was sad to see him go because he really focused on the parts that are complicated to a lot of people with the technology in the cars today. Then right after he left another person took on our intent to purchase and she followed thru via email at least every week until we were ready to purchase. Then when we came in we found that she had left as well. However Frank took over and he actually was very good. He followed thru which at times is not easy to pick up and get the detail together from two other people. He did a very good job and he also was knowledgable and pleasant. I would rate his customer service and knowledge from 1 to 5 a 5 Plus. For the dealership this is our second Acura. We purchased and still have our first MDX from 11 years ago. We purchased from Libertyville Acura in Illinois and that team stands our against any dealer we have had for service to date. Sales would be the same. There is nothing that Criswell is doing wrong it is just that this dealership in Libertyville has it right and if we still lived there I would have purchased from them. More

Stefano was friendly, courteous and efficient. I had my absolute best car buying experirence with Criswell Acura. We walked in the door 15 minutes prior to closing on Valentine's Day and Lamont and Gerry patiently worked through all the details o Criswell Acura. We walked in the door 15 minutes prior to closing on Valentine's Day and Lamont and Gerry patiently worked through all the details of the deal. We told them we would come back the next day to allow them to go home and celebrate the holiday, but they both refused :o) Once the deal was reached, we parted ways to allow them to work on the approval. I had credit issues that I was concerned would affect the target payment. The next day, after a decline was received, Lamont had a conversation with the lender directly informing them of the reason for my credit issues and my character. At that very moment, my lease was approved with the exact terms discussed the night before. I worked with Mustafa on the documents and he was professional, very nice and very efficeint (in and out in 15 mins and the only reason it was that long was because I made a change). My co-signer was not available to attend the signing at the dealership that day, so Gerry drove over an hour each way to take the documents to her for signature! Finally, with the deal complete, Lamont (manager), sat with us in my new car and went over every single option/detail of the vehicle. Although someone knocked on the window of the car to tell him they needed him, he still took his time to ensure I was comfortable with all the features. Typically, once the deal is complete, you feel rushed to leave to allow the staff to move on to the next client, but the patience at Criswell is unparallel. My boyfriend and I go through the new car buying process a couple times a year (he buys a lot of cars) so I've seen it all! I was simultaneously working with 3 dealerships, for 3 different cars, and decided to go with Criswell due to the personal touch and the feeling they had true integrity and wanted to give me the best experience (and price) possible. Oh! I forgot to mention the best part! The price I paid was incredible!
