Buying an Acura from Alan Hannon and Mike Scandora was an exceptional buying experience. They were professional, helpful and down right nice. They went above and beyond to help me in every way. They gave me a great deal on an Acura RDX as well as a fair trade in on my Audi. My car broke down on the way to the dealership and Alan and Mike came and picked me up. We needed to let the car cool off before trying to get it back to the dealership so they let me "borrow" an awesome Audi convertible for the day. They went back and got my car later that day and still gave me a more than fair trade-in value for it. Alan washed every car I drove in/out of the dealership and told me stop in any time I was in the area for another car wash. Mike spent quite a bit of time showing me all the cool features of my car and even shipped my GPS to me because I left it in my car and didn't want to drive back to get it. Just amazing customer service and they made me laugh. Great deal, great guys, great customer service equals a customer that will keep coming back to a great dealership. Now I want the damned Audi convertible too! Very sneaky guys! More

He has great character for the dealership! A very rare find in almost any store these days.  Often times going to a car dealer can be very much like going to the dentist with a cavity. I rated Customer Service and Friendliness a 5 because I was in the showroom 4 or 5 times before making my final decision. I had been in a few other dealers during the same week and the Criswell organization was far and away better prepared, more professional, clean and organized and simply better. My rating of 5 for price was based on their willingness to work with me on the actual price and the excess mileage charges I had from my last vehicle. Maybe I could have pushed it harder to make the deal a few dollars better but in the end, I was happy with the deal and valued the service and support from all the Criswell employees. More

My husband and I had a great experience buying a new car with the help of Mike. We knew what we were looking for and the color that I wanted for the car.
