He began with a basic, yet in-depth overview of the car's features, then suggested that we take a test drive, the length of which was much longer than I had expected. It was an enjoyable experience, with the route that Stefano chose, illustrating the car's agility and handling. While letting the car speak for itself, during the drive, Stefano continued with his description of the car's features. Back at the dealership and seated in Stefano's office, Stefano worked with us in establishing the sale price which made the deliberations short and sweet. Once the sale was made, Stefano efficiently handled the paperwork involved as well as going over the minutia of the various manuals that came with the car. Before we drove away in our new car, Stefano helped program the settings for the driver's seat and side view mirrors that were necessary for comfort and safety. Our overall experience with the Criswell Acura dealership was a positive one - from the initial contact over the telephone to processing the paperwork with the financial department to Stefano's hearty congratulatory handshake. I had been in the market for a 2008 Acura TL for a couple of months. I shopped at all of the major Acura dealerships - Radley, Pohanka, Chevy Chase and Frankel. I just could not find a TL that met all of my expectations. I live only 5 miles from Pohanka but I drove from Northern Virginia to Annapolis to purchase my 2008 Acura TL at Criswell. Why.... I feel that I got the best overall price and the car was in excellent condition compared to the other 2008 TL's that I drove. Criswell's customer service was top notch. I was also impressed with how nice the the Criswell dealership looked - very modern. I would recommend Criswell Acura to anyone. Both the Sales Manager and Salesperson (Alan & Dwayne) were excellent to deal with. I was impressed with their tenure at the dealership and their overall Acura knowledge. I came in on the last day of the month and I received an outstanding deal. I was in and out of the dealership in just under an hour with my Acura TL. That definitely exceeded my expectation. After having my TL for about 6 weeks, I love it. If I had to do it again, I would drive all the back to Criswell to make my purchase. The other day I had an issue with my wheels (rims)so I called Alan Hannon. He was very helpful and asked me to come in to get the problem fixed. We came into the dealership deciding between a TL Type S at Criswell and another dealership. Dwayne was a very helpful and friendly salesperson explaining all of the key features of the car. What impressed me the most was the customer service and the fairness in the price of the vehicle. The two cars we were looking at were practically the same as far as price, miles, and interior. The only real difference on the car at Criswell was that there were more exterior blemishes than on the car we were looking at elsewhere. To my surprise Dwayne stepped up to the plate and offered to fix the areas that I was concerned about because he truley cared that I loved the car I was going to buy. Any other salesperson I've dealt with in the past would have never offered. The car came back from the auto body shop looking practically brand new and we were more than pleased with the appearance! Since we couldn't take the car off the lot the day we bought it b/c it needed to be completed at the body shop Mike Scandora drove it to our home when it was finished and took a lot of time to explain to us how to car worked in detail from using the Bluetooth to the navigation and seat adjustments. Since we've never had a car with such technology this tutorial was very helpful to my husband and I and we're more than grateful for the time Mike took with us. We'd definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends and was an overall GREAT car buying experience! More

Every person I talked with was very helpful. My salesman was off the day after I first visited the showroom, so another man took me for a test drive.
