This past service experience was extremely frustrating. In addition to a new battery, oil and filter changes, I specifically emphasized that I had tried to change the front wiper blades and failed so the c In addition to a new battery, oil and filter changes, I specifically emphasized that I had tried to change the front wiper blades and failed so the car was left with two different blades. After picking up the car and taking it home, I realized there were still two different blades. The Service technician tried to convince me that they changed the blades and that it was ok to have two different wiper blades. I was not happy with that explanation especially after spending almost $700 on this particular service all. It made me question everything about that visit, did i get a new battery or new filters etc. I use this dealership because it is convenient but am not sure I will be back. More
