Great Dealership! Just bought a 2019 GMC Canyon this week. Shopped several dealerships. Even though Cronic GMC is the furthest from our house (30-35 minutes) we chose t Just bought a 2019 GMC Canyon this week. Shopped several dealerships. Even though Cronic GMC is the furthest from our house (30-35 minutes) we chose them. We currently habe our Buick Encore and Corvette services there. Traded the corvette in on the Canyon. Sam is a good honest salesperson and went above and beyond to try and get the sale. With no high pressure sales tactics I might add. Very happy with the whole experience. Service department is very important to me as I used to be a service writer. Never a disappointment with that area either. More

Smiles and Satisfaction! When we arrived at Cronic Chevrolet we had been car shopping, in the hot sun, for 4 hours. We were greeted by Brent Campbell and his big smile (which When we arrived at Cronic Chevrolet we had been car shopping, in the hot sun, for 4 hours. We were greeted by Brent Campbell and his big smile (which he kept throughout the entire process!). After showing us a couple of used suvs we asked about some new 2019s. Brent quickly delivered the perfect vehicle for our family! As soon as we got in, we knew it was the car for us. Brent made the whole process of “bickering for the perfect price” bearable and kept his cool too! 😎 After seeing the financial manager, Brent got into the car with us and explained everything we needed to know about the Bluetooth, radio, etc. It was past 6 o’ clock by then so he asked us to bring the car back the next day for a thorough clean up. He made sure we were well taken care of. Brent Campbell is a definite asset to Cronic Chevrolet! More

both positive and negative I bought a pre-owned Chevrolet Silverado from Cronic. I had my financing taken care of at my own bank before I got there in hopes that it wouldn't tak I bought a pre-owned Chevrolet Silverado from Cronic. I had my financing taken care of at my own bank before I got there in hopes that it wouldn't take too long to get in and out of the dealership. I still spent 3 and 1/2 hours there just waiting. The salesperson I had contact with originally was off work the day I purchased the vehicle, so I dealt with a guy named Greg Fox. He was chatty and relatively professional for most of our encounter. After I finally had the paperwork I needed to get out of there, Mr. Fox offered to follow me back to work since I had driven to the dealership in another car and would've had to leave it at the lot to pick up later. For that I am extremely grateful. When he met me at my place of employment, (he was driving the vehicle I just purchased) I went to get in my newly purchased vehicle and he just sat in the drivers seat, so I got in the passenger side, which was strange to me that he didn't get out of the drivers seat and move to the passenger side. But I thought since he drove to my work to meet me that I wouldn't make a deal out of it. On the way back he decided to stop by the liquor store and get a couple of adult beverages for the road. He didn't pop the tops on the drinks while he was driving my vehicle, but I now knew why he wanted to drive my truck back to the dealership. It was an odd drive back and I felt awkward the entire ride. So to answer the question listed at the top of this survey: Would I recommend this dealership? The answer is maybe... it took way too long at the dealership, and the salesperson was kind and strange at the same time. It was a long day, but I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair market price. More
