Disappointed with entire process. I had a morning appointment for Wed. Dropped car off, I had to call Wed afternoon to check in, car was not looked at. Was told car would be looked at First thing Th appointment for Wed. Dropped car off, I had to call Wed afternoon to check in, car was not looked at. Was told car would be looked at First thing Thursday. I called mid morning and car was not looked at. I received a call late Thursday and told car was fine, the technician did not hear any engine noise, but wanted to keep for one more day. I called Friday after lunch, she had to go speak with technician. Technician now says I need a new engine. I asked what they did to determine diagnosis; was told he started engine and listened to it. I’m not sure what changed from Thursday to Friday with the technician listening to it. I was then charged $105 for the technician to listen to my car. More
