That was second time I had vehicle in and takes days for appointments and more days to be checked out. I have never had this happen at any other dealer. I can only suspect that Cronic does not have the space to handle the jobs Or it does not have sufficient personnel to work on them in a timely manner. That is my only complaint. Lorna is excellent at what she does, but is only able to work with assets she has to assist customers. More

I originally took my truck in because of a check engine light which was later identified as cam shaft sensor. When I picked my truck up it smelt of fast food and someone left an empty soda cup in the truck light which was later identified as cam shaft sensor. When I picked my truck up it smelt of fast food and someone left an empty soda cup in the truck. Two day’s later the truck engine light came back on the truck exhibited the exact same code and was doing the same thing. I brought it back in and they did nothing and told me I needed an oil change. I am extremely unhappy with the service. Excluding Lorna up front who was very helpful. My oil light was never on. the problem is not fixed. I will be taking it somewhere else More
