Cronic Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

It was my first time having my Dodge Durango serviced and when I entered the service department the two women at the desk were not very accommodating or helpful. I was told to just pull up to the window. I sat for about 10 minutes and no one ever came to help. I went back in very frustrated and ask if someone could help me since it’s my first time and finally the woman that sat near the door got up to show me exactly where to park with an attitude. I made an appointment online and they kept acting as if that was not important. I have Mopar and it suggested I get a 30,000 mile vehicle service which I scheduled but they kept saying I was there for an oil change. I was very pissed when I left. The lady that was at the desk where you pay was the only nice person. More
