Unfortunately for me I made the mistake of purchasing a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler and immediately after purchase a cylinder head went bad with 30,000 miles. Glen and the crew diagnosed it, ordered the part and repaired it as soon as the part came in. They were professional and timely throughout. I will never purchase another Jeep product but Cronic will be the only ones to service my Ram. More

Oil Chsnge Rescue I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to an "in-and-out" oil change center here in Griffin thinking it would be faster and more economical. You get wha I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon to an "in-and-out" oil change center here in Griffin thinking it would be faster and more economical. You get what you pay for and in this case, not even that much. After draining the oil, the service xxxxxxx managed to strip the nut on the filter canister because they were using an improper sized socket. As a result, they could not change the filter. I was told it was "torqued down" too tight and that they would have to mangle the canister to get it off. They could order me a new one, but it would be a week to get it and finish the service. They also only put five quarts of oil in the crankcase. I paid the bill and drove straight to Cronic. Your service staff was very friendly and told me it would be no problem to finish the service for me. Even they had some issues getting the canister off, but they did and replaced it for me at no charge. They were the ones who discovered the low oil level and topped it off. I was charged less than $10.00, but would have gladly paid more and will be using Cronic's fast lane for all future maintenance needs. Thank you. George J. Crawford More
