The best continued Service and support Took my 2014 Wrangler in for service and was met by the attendant as soon as I pulled up. I asked him to check on my extended oil change package and h Took my 2014 Wrangler in for service and was met by the attendant as soon as I pulled up. I asked him to check on my extended oil change package and he said he would. It turns out a shop in Spartanburg where my daughter got her vehicle serviced logged two oil changes on the same day. I bought the vehicle at state line on the North Carolina/South Carolina border and have regretted it ever since. I trust Chronic and all future service will go through them. More

Not a good experience We scheduled an appointment to have recalls fixed on one of our vehicles at the service center. The day before the appointment I called the service ce We scheduled an appointment to have recalls fixed on one of our vehicles at the service center. The day before the appointment I called the service center to confirm the appointment and also specifically asked that they be sure all the necessary parts were in stock before I came. I was assured everything was fine and work would be completed in one day. After I dropped the truck off, the service advisor proceeds to call me and tell me that they in fact do not have all the necessary parts and it will take another day to get everything complete. I also specifically asked that the transmission filter be replaced while it was in the shop. I spoke to the advisor MULTIPLE times about this and made it clear. When she called to tell me the recalls were completed I was told that for some reason the technician didn’t change the filter like I asked. She “didn’t know why” and didn’t seem to care that I wanted this done. We will find a different dealership to deal with from now on. More
