I walked in the service dept and it smelled like an ash tray. I had to go outside just to breathe. So, when I scheduled the appt I asked if my vehicle would be a sit and wait or a drop off. The service advisor said it would be a sit and wait. She also said that the parts needed to be ordered for 2 recalls and the appt was made a month out. On the day of my appt I walked in the service center and the smell of cigarette smoke hit me in the face. Then the same service advisor told me that I would have to drop it off so I had to try and find someone to come pick me up. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was told that one of the recalls would not completed due to parts and I would have to bring the vehicle back another time. If that was the case then someone should have called me to reschedule the appt so I wasn't inconvenienced. It has been a month and I still haven't heard anything about my 2nd recall parts so I can have my vehicle fixed. So this process has not been good. And why in 2023 we are still letting people smoke in buildings with no concern for anyone but themselves. More
