After my wife was quoted 2 hours It took over 4 hours to get an oil change. To top it off the lady at the service counter was extremely rude and angry at the world. She even had the audacity to get on her p get an oil change. To top it off the lady at the service counter was extremely rude and angry at the world. She even had the audacity to get on her personal cell phone and proceed to loudly call my wife a xxxxx to whoever she was talking to! Very disappointed to say the least! More
