I have had long-standing relationships with dealerships in the past, and I have always had positive experiences. My experience at this dealership, however, was the most negative customer service experience in the past, and I have always had positive experiences. My experience at this dealership, however, was the most negative customer service experience I have ever had. The dealer I worked with absolutely turned on me during our second meeting. Although I had not taken up much of his time (about two 20 minute meetings), this dealer became very impatient and agitated with me when I expressed concerns about a botched paint job on a used vehicle. He repeatedly told me that the issues I saw in the paint job simply did not exist even though I showed him the over-spray, rough patches, and paint flecks that came off in my hand. I also had a concern about the engine jumping and jerking. He drove the vehicle to see what I was talking about. His explanation of the jerking? He said that the rear view mirror was loose, and I must have just thought I saw my head bobbing up and down when I caught my reflection in the rear view! This dealer became defensive and combative as soon as the first concern left my mouth, instantly telling me that I was wrong. This dealer told me several times that I was just not ready to buy a car. I cannot help but think that he was implying that I was not mature enough to buy a car. I am 24 years old and a female, and I really feel like this dealer had some preconceived ideas about my intention or ability to navigate the terms of this purchase. Despite my age, I take care to be an informed consumer, and I walked into the dealership that day with $14,ooo in cash to put toward my purchase. Unfortunately for Cronic Nissan, I also walked out that day with $14,000. More
I Found Cronic Nissan, and Tim Dye (general Manager) looking for deals on 2010 Maxima with sport, and technology package. I wanted dealer that doesn't start high and come down a little at a time. I am a looking for deals on 2010 Maxima with sport, and technology package. I wanted dealer that doesn't start high and come down a little at a time. I am an informed buyer on features, and deals. My local dealers use the 4 square sales program or derrivative. This method is well documented in Edmunds.com in "the confessions of a car salesman". Cronic Nissan is a great dealership. They responded to me over the internet, and phone. Helped me get what I wanted, and at a price others stopped competing. After the deal was completed, they delivered the car to me, I am 200 miles from them - did you hear - they delivered to me. Their follow up has been exceptional as well. Tim Dye and the staff are especially courteous, and really tuned into selling cars to satisfied buyers. I am, I would recommend them to any one. More

I didn't get that normal feeling of dread when I dropped it off t there but it was worth it. Everyone I dealt with was so nice. So glad I found them! I didn't get that normal feeling of dread when I dropped it off that I would be taken advantage of in the end More
