One of the best car buying experiences I've had! I was looking for an older truck and was having a difficult time finding one in my budget that wasn't simply worn out. I had a perfect one bought out I was looking for an older truck and was having a difficult time finding one in my budget that wasn't simply worn out. I had a perfect one bought out from under me while we were waiting for the credit app to come back. I finally found an older Chevy Silverado in my price range with the options I wanted (5.3 v8, tow package, extended cab, cloth seats, 4x4, tailgate, good tires, minimal rust) on Thursday night. I got on their web site and requested their Internet price and filled out their credit app online. Friday morning they contacted me and we set up an appointment for first thing Saturday morning as I wouldn't have been able to get there Friday night after work in time by the truck. I looked at it Friday night with my wife and son and we liked it. Saturday morning I brought my son with me and was a couple minutes late. Joe was completely understanding. We looked at the truck and I told him what I had been looking for and what I could do. We went inside and he brought my son some crayons and pictures to color while we worked on the deal. Jeremy Greer was able to get me a super great deal on the truck. We did the paper work while Joe filled up the gas tank on the truck. We traded keys and my son and I drove home in the new truck less than two hours from when we drove on the lot. A week later I am still very happy with the whole experience and have a great deal on a great truck. I would not hesitate to send anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to Joe Heneger, Jeremy Greer, and Cronin Ford. More

Unprofessional I WAS interested in a Hyundai Veracruz and got in contact with a salesperson through email and in text. After a few conversations I finally found the I WAS interested in a Hyundai Veracruz and got in contact with a salesperson through email and in text. After a few conversations I finally found the time to make a 45 min drive there to test drive the vehicle I made sure it was still available. It was and they had it pulled up front. I had my husband, 1 year old daughter and stepson with me when we were walking through the dealership 15 mins passed and NO one greeted us or said hello. I saw about three salesmen when I went inside to ask to test drive the vehicle. But since I was African-American I was ignored and lied to about the vehicle already being sold right before I got there. Little did they know I wanted to pay the vehicle in cash that day. After they said the vehicle was sold I wasn't even offered to look at anything similar they had in the lot. I do NOT recommend thier discriminatory services to anyone. More
