One Stop Shop We live in Dayton and my wife and I were discussing buying a used Jeep Wrangler while driving home from Florida. While on the road, we used CAR GURUS We live in Dayton and my wife and I were discussing buying a used Jeep Wrangler while driving home from Florida. While on the road, we used CAR GURUS and found a great deal on a Jeep at Cronin. (we had also purchased a used car from them a month prior). We called the dealer and worked with Rob Ernst. He answered our questions on the spot, sent us video and more pictures of the Wrangler, we discussed pricing, and carefax. His service and honesty were so good, that by the time we hit Ohio (remember, we were driving home to Ohio from Florida) we decided we couldn't get a better deal anywhere else. We stopped at Cronin Ford and Rob was waiting for us. After helping us with a thorough inspection of the wrangler, he also showed us a couple of other vehicles for a truthful comparison--he even knocked a little bit off on the already good deal. Needless to say, I drove the jeep home that night. The follow-up from Cronin (Rob Ernst) was excellent. Rob called me a week later to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle. Great customer service and we will look to Cronin Ford for our next vehicle. More

There's a lot of "extras" on the cars now. I really like my new car and love the ruby red. I've waited 10 years for a car that I liked to be in a color of RED that I also liked. Found it!
