Best Car Buying Experience I found a car I was interested at online (Crowin's prices for a Fusion were significantly better than the King's price) and went this morning to test I found a car I was interested at online (Crowin's prices for a Fusion were significantly better than the King's price) and went this morning to test drive. Joe Henegar greeted me in the lot. From the beginning it was a great experience. Joe encouraged me to drive as many cars as I wanted to find the right one. Once I picked the one, the financing process was quick and simple. In the past at other dealerships, it had taken literally all day to purchase a car. I was in and out of Crowin within 2 hours. I was just hoping for a couple of answers but he went above and beyond, he said it'll be easier if I just show you, and he walked me out to my car and showed me exactly what I needed to do. His quote was "do what you can when you can in this economy, but make me a deal, when you run into a problem that you cannot fix yourself give me a ring and I promise I'll get you squared away and never charge you an arm and a leg". That meant a whole lot to me, and low and behold a couple months later old faithful broke down on me and I was in over my head. I got it towed in he was in constant communication over the next two days and the estimate was to the penny what he said it would be. They have a great selection of vehicles, are happy to hand over the keys and let you test drive and I've always found them to be several thousand dollars cheaper than the competition. No pressure to purchase an extended warranty and competitive finance rates. I really like the free oil changes, I now have 50k miles on the Fusion and continue to save money with a free oil change every 5k miles. Nice modern facility, friendly sales team. More
