Mislead/car filthy dirty/headboard was falling down. The car was filthy inside and tires bald. Non of this was disclosed on the phone. We drove 2 hours and wasted our time. You can not expect to sell a car that is filthy and has bald tires. Finance Mgr. was rude and not even offered to see any other vehicle after driving 2 hours. Short handed! I went to Cronin Ford a few weeks ago on a day they were short handed. The service that I recieved was excellent. Crooks charged me $1,600 more than the car was priced I talked to Jude Drechsler online and through texting when I arrived I was dealing with another man whom I agreed to buy the escape. I was told I had to deal with Jude since I talked to him first online. I was not happy. Jude was very forgetful and messed up entering information in the computer and was just a bit weird. but anyways I bought a 2008 ford escape from this dealer on 6-13-15 internet sales price was $9,407. nothing that I agreed upon was correct in the end when I got home and looked over every detail. While at Cronin Ford Zach Young and Jude (whom was a NEW sales guy Horrible) presented to me the sales price of $9,407 for 36 months with monthly payments of $280. They didn't tell me a APR so I asked what it was it took 20 minutes for Zach to come back to tell me he THINKS it is .25 %. Remind you this was with $5,000 dollars down payment. Tony Schirmer the guy I signed all the paper work with before walking out the door didn't explain my payments or anything I had to ask when my first payment would be due. After getting home and looking over every thing closely I seen they charged me $10,997 for the price of the vehicle before any fees or taxes were added. After my $5,000 down payment I Financed $7,067.79 which is actually much more than it should of been because of them adding $1,600 to the price of the vehicle so I paid more in taxes ect. My payments ended up being $259.08 for 36 months with a .19% APR. Nothing adds up from what the sales people told me to what I actually ended up with. I am satisfied with my vehicle but I am not satisfied with Cronin Ford and I would not recommend them. I also contacted Jude the day after my purchase on the pricing not being what we discussed and he told me he wouldn't be back in the office for three days he would have a manager contact me when he got back. That same day I E mailed a manager myself and he responded the next day he would look into it and I never heard back from him nor Jude. The manger said in the E mail that it might of been a extra fee that the Finance company charged for excepting me because of my credit score. I'm not stupid that would of been added and explained and it's not this is the Price of the Vehicle before any fees or taxes are added. also obviously the APR is what the finance company is charging for giving me the loan hence the lower your credit score the higher your APR will be. Because the Dealer charged me $1,600 more on the vehicle I paid more on taxes, I had to finance more than I should've had to which made my payments more than they should've been which in the end thanks to them I will end up paying over $2,000 more than I would of if they didn't pull a move on me. Not great service. DO NOT LEAVE CRONIN FORD WITH OUT READING OVER EVERY THING WITH YOUR PAYMENTS, THE APR, THE TOTAL AMOUNT CRONIN FORD IS CHARGING YOU FOR THE VEHICLE BEFORE ANY OTHER FEES AND EXTRAS ARE ADDED VERY IMPORTANT. IF THEY DID THIS TO ME THEY ARE DOING IT TO OTHERS SO PAY ATTENTION.......... More

I really appreciated the fact that Joe knew our time was valuable and worked to make the whole process smooth. The finance manager, Jeremy Greer worked to get me the best interest rate and the financing went smoothly and quickly. The sales manager, Justin Love worked to give me a great price on my car.
