I live in Loveland but chose Cronin first based on internet advertised price on 2014 Taurus Limited models. I was surprised that the great price was coupled with a great buying experience with sales a internet advertised price on 2014 Taurus Limited models. Our experience with Rob was honest, simple, and his sense of humor helped (who really LIKES to go through the car buying experience?). During our visit, we met the general manager Eric. The service team was also involved, and did a wonderful job. I can honestly say I felt Rob and the other dealership associates really wanted me to be happy, instead of just paying lip service to it. I came to Cronin Ford just browsing for a new car not knowing what I was looking for, and when I got out of my car a sales associate (Jon Sadler) came to me with help.
