This has been the worst experience I have had with any dealership ever. I went in for a simple anti-thief recall for my 2017 Elantra that was mandatory if I want any future services from the dealership. N dealership ever. Now my car alarm goes off after I start the car with the automatic remote start. I take it back to them and they tell me there is nothing we can do for you. They will not even attempt to fix their mistake! This issue still has not been resolved. Very unprofessional. They have told me lie after lie. They have wasted my time and money. More

My daughter has a 2017 sonata with 129k on it and engine failed. Cronin quoted $9k to replace or a $1k trade in. We told there service manager to move car out side, un hook battery, and leave key underneath failed. Cronin quoted $9k to replace or a $1k trade in. We told there service manager to move car out side, un hook battery, and leave key underneath floor mat. Transporter arrived with battery hooked up and no keys to load car. Should have known they would take advantage of a young single woman. More
