5 times since I bought my car there they did not rotate the tires when they said they did. I started marking my tires the second time and confronted them after that. I had fluid flinging all around the underneath of my car and they said it was fine. Took it to another deal ship and they found a hole in the axel and are fixing it and it’s under my warranty. More

I want to leave a review because I experienced inappropriate humiliating treatment. I was looking for a car for my daughter, Roman Barylo showed us options and professionally provided his services inappropriate humiliating treatment. He is an active listener and does his best to understand the customer. He found a car that was matching our requirements, but when we proceeded to the contract, apparently some of the managers decided not to discuss the terms of the document and wanted to write me up for some guarantees and service insurance policies without me even knowing about it. I’m talking about DJ Thiemann - finance manager, I don’t want to deal with him anymore no matter what, even though this is my third car at Cronin. When we were signing the documents, he tossed the papers on the table just like “Sign here” and didn’t even want to explain or sell services they were trying to charge me for. I’m not saying that I wouldn’t agree to some of the services if they were properly explained to me. But after this treatment I just wanted to walk out without the car completely and never come back.
