Quick and Efficient Buying a car can be a frustrating and time consuming task. That was not the case this time. I stopped by the dealership to look at a couple of trucks that I was interested in. A sales person met me on the lot and provided all the information I needed. After doing some research and price comparison at home on the computer and emailed the sales person (Cindy) with several questions on the truck that I preferred. Cindy got back to me very quickly with answers to my questions. I called her back and said I would be in to test drive the truck in 2 hours and gave her my offer for the truck with the supporting information for the offer. Cindy got right back to me that her sales manager would accept that offer. 2 hours later I was test driving the truck and an hour after that I was driving it home. This was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. More

Replacement of fuel filler door flap. The fuel filler door flap on my 2016 Cherokee broke off and when I went to Crossroads to see about getting it replaced I was told it was not covered b The fuel filler door flap on my 2016 Cherokee broke off and when I went to Crossroads to see about getting it replaced I was told it was not covered by the warranty. I had purchased this vehicle new in September...This was mid December. I spoke to two people in the service dept, and was given a price of $200.00 for the part, getting it sent out to be painted, and installed. Also I should expect to be without my vehicle for a day and a half. What??? I went out to the sales desk to express my unhappiness with this situation. They got the Service Manager and he told me the same thing. When I told him that was unexceptable, he said he would see what he could do, but expected I would have to pay. He would get back to me. Three weeks later I went back as I had heard nothing. Still working on it, he said. I pulled up the bumper to bumper warranty on my phone and read it to him. The next day I got a call...Part was in, painted and ready to install. No charge. Imagine that! More
