If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford of Apex expect to pay very high prices. Their diagnostic fee is $250, basically the price you pay for them to tell how much they will overcharge you for a repair. The labor to fix my problem took two (2) hours and cost $410 on the invoice, so their shop rate for labor is $205 dollars an hour!! On the final bill the line item for labor was listed as “supplemental work” and no breakdown of the hours or type of work for the job. There was also a charge for $40 in shop supplies to replace a horn?!? I asked an independent auto repair shop what they charged for the same repair including initial diagnosis, repair labor and part and the total was less than half of what this dealer charged. Not only is this service department ridiculously expensive, but I believe they will do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible with utter lack of transparency. Essentially, these folks are everything you would want to avoid when repairing your car. My advice is don't use them!! More

I drove 2.5 hours specifically based on that listing, only to find out in person that the information was wrong. When I pointed this out, the response was essentially “sorry, so you don’t want to buy it?” — no accountability, no effort to make it right, no alternative solution offered. This was a classic bait-and-switch experience and a complete waste of time. For a dealership that presents itself as a Christian organization, this level of misrepresentation and lack of customer care is extremely disappointing and hard to reconcile. More

I would like to speak directly to the owner of the dealership. To Long Didn’t Read (TLDR): DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. CHEATERS -- SCAMMERS -- LIARS STAY AWAY. Don't buy a car from this dealership. They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL to the point of HARRASING me over a mistake they made. I received over 10 missed calls, over 15 text messages, voicemails and a 6-minute visit to my house (recorded on ring camera footage) trying to collect $1000 from me. Literally harassed by multiple people at this dealership for a mistake they made. I should honestly file a police report for the harassment and telling me that “karma will come to get me”. If I could leave 0 stars I would My wife, my father, and I visited this dealership on Memorial Day weekend to test drive a Porsche Taycan. We found the car outside and were approached by Guy Whimper, who offered to get the keys. I asked if it came with two keys and he said he would check, but never confirmed. He took my license and let us test drive the car. Inside, we agreed on a fair price with Yazan Alhajjeh. I left a $1000 deposit and said I would return the next week. During the week, I asked Guy about squeaky brakes and a recall alert. He said the brakes were fine and he could not get an appointment for the recall. When I returned to finalize the deal, Guy was not there. Another rep gave me the same vague answers about the second key and asked for my insurance, but never confirmed about 2 keys In the finance office, I explained to Brian Martinez that I had a check, a trade in, and would pay taxes. He interrupted and said he would handle it. I again asked if the car came with two keys. He said he did not know and I should ask the salesperson. I found out it only had one key. Brian told me a new key costs three hundred dollars, which is not true. I already own a Porsche and know it costs much more. Nice sales tactic to get the pen in my hand and my wife excited before telling me there is only 1 key. I signed and left with one key. Later, when charging the car at home, the screen said the cable had been changed and charging speed was reduced. They gave me a third party cable instead of the Porsche charger. I called to ask about the original cable and the brakes, but never heard back. While on a work trip, I received multiple missed calls and texts claiming they miscounted the deposit. I told them I was unavailable on a business trip meeting clients. Brian said he was tired from a new baby and had made an error. Yazan asked for my wife’s number to collect payment. I repeated that I was not home and busy. The next day, I got more calls and texts from Scott Salzman, the general manager. I saw a notification from my ring camera that the finance manager showed up at my house. I called Scott and he said mistakes were made on both sides and I had not paid the deposit. I sent a screenshot showing I had. He admitted the dealership made a mistake but still insisted I owed them. I told him their constant calls and unannounced visit were unprofessional. He said they just wanted the money and added, “he sees my true colors and karma will come to get you” before hanging up. Completely unacceptable behavior from a dealership. At minimum I would request a call from the owner of the dealership to apologize for the harassment I received from Scott Salzaman the General Manager, the original charging cable for my car and second key for my vehicle. Honestly if they had just asked nicely and waited a week for me to come back from business trip I would’ve happily paid the $1000 I owed them and been done with it. Lesson learned not to buy cars from this kind of low caliber high volume dealership. My first Porsche I bought from a car broker across the country over iMessage and I left him 5 a star review on google. Way More
I've read the prior complaints and I am shocked because we've bought our second car at this location and throughout the services have been handled very professionally. We've had the same same salesman for both purchases and have been treated wonderfully (both purchases over 4 yrs! It's not just sales...it's also the shop as well. They also go out of their way to make us comfortable while we wait. When one car we purchased had a meltdown we chose the same model different (better color) no change in payment. Throughout all, employees were very polite and helpful. Our salesman Tony is very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks Crossroads Ford Apex. More
Avoid Crossroads Ford of Apex Sales and Finance persons which are untruthful, uninformed, and unreliable to handle EV sales transactions (Ford Mach-E and Lightning) properly. I blame Crossroads management which are untruthful, uninformed, and unreliable to handle EV sales transactions (Ford Mach-E and Lightning) properly. I blame Crossroads management for not educating them on pre (product details) & post sale delivery (technology / feature & functionality / vehicle configuration / charging) for new EV customers. They are only interested in moving the metal, not making relationships with new customers. More

The rear door on the box would only open about 18 inches and the slide door between the box, and the cab was already off its hinges. the salesman had to know about this, but he figured he would ship it anyway, as soon as they got to my business I showed the delivery guy the issue and of course we got to dealership on the phone and their story was we will take care of that whatever it takes so here we are almost 2 years later the door is still broke but they got $64,000 cash that I paid for the truck that day and they will not do anything about it Take my advice.
