I brought my vehicle in for a battey test and amp draw test. This was the second time I brought my vehicle in for the same test and found nothing. This time they discovered the battery drain was due to test. This was the second time I brought my vehicle in for the same test and found nothing. This time they discovered the battery drain was due to a faulty keyless entry module. I would have been satisfied with at least an hour of labor @ $109/hr. ( I signed for) Thats an outragous amount of labor. I was actually charged 2 hours of labor and walked out with a faulty module and the same battery total of $220. Dana from service was extremely rude from the initial service call, saying vehicles dont normally last but a few weeks if not started often! I have owned my 96 Mustang for 13 years and it has sat for months and started. I know cars more than the average person and you cant tell me that even newer cars wont last a few months if not starte (this is 2014 I think we have come a long way). Do not take your used vehicle ot this shop for routine maintenance unless you want to get charged an arm and a leg. I get the feeling you are only welcome unless you have bought a new vehicle. I have been a Ford advocate my whole life and now I am questioning it. More

Purchased from ebay sale. From the start Mike was excellent with pricing and information about the vehicle. Brad and AJ were excellent with the financing and Derek went above and beyond as far as I excellent with pricing and information about the vehicle. I received follow up calls from both Mike and Derek. Mike has even made additional follow up calls after delivery to see if I like the vehicle or if I have any questions.
