My experience with crossroads ford in Cary was great. I sent an email request to start. Lisa Esposito responded promptly and listened to what my needs were for purchasing a vehicle, my preferences, my pric sent an email request to start. She must have gone to work immediately ( I spent a month looking with other dealerships with no results). She found the vehicle I wanted, that fit all my requirements and was willing to work with me and get it within my price range. She always responded promptly to questions,requests, and concerns. She was very proffesional and I am the happy owner of vehicle that I wanted and needed. She did a great job and the follow up and paperwork was handled well, as well. They offered me an extended warranty based on my usage of the vehicle at a discounted price. I chose that as well, as I felt the company would stand by their vehicle and their work. They made the process easy and agreeable. I highly recommend calling, emailing them, and doing business with them. I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience. More
Patrick Rowe was very friendly and helpful. He obviously knows his product which impressed me as I am a car enthusiast. I did not want to do the typical back and forth bargaining and arguing that is experienced at most dealerships, I explained this to Mr. Rowe and he acquiesced. This was the 7th dealership I had visited/communicated directly with in the past 2 weeks. I was honestly beginning to think it wasn't meant for us to get a new Ford when Mr. Rowe called me in reference to an online request I had submitted. He was open and friendly which caused me to continue the discussion further. Two days later my wife and I left your dealership with the exact car we had been looking for. Earlier today I received a call from Capital Ford in reference to the same online request Mr. Rowe received. The lady I spoke to was nice, but I quickly informed her that I was no longer in the market because the purchase had been made. When we are in the market for another Ford we will contact Mr. Rowe directly as long as he is still working at Crossroads Ford. Thanks again Mr. Rowe. More
Working with Crossroads Ford salesmen Steve and Patrick was a good experience. I was by no means an easy customer as I knew exactly what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. Patrick went out of his way to locate and bring in the vehicle I wanted. The one compliant (and this is more towards all car dealerships) is that salesmen make customers wait forever at the table. For me personally, I can't stand that. Once again, that is not directly related to Crossroad Ford, but more of the entire car dealership industry. More
My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 ford escape and we could not have been more pleased with our service. Our dealer was very friendly and was able to work very well with us on price. I gave Patrick a 5 across the board for a few reasons. First of all, I'm not from NC and he handled a lot of work over the phone before meeting me or seeing my trade in car. I was only in the area for a couple of days and he did everything he could to make sure I got the Mustang I wanted the way I wanted it in the time I had in the area. Patrick Rowe and the crossroads team were great to work with. This was my first financed vehicle and a little skeptical when making the right decisions. You always think that a salesman is teying to get the one up but the team made everything easy to understand. They were great to work with both on the sales side and with Aj in the finance office. They walked through all the details even down to setting up the sync system - which is a fantastic feature that Ford has added. I new I was going to get a Ford and am glad I went to Crossroads. More
Larry Curtisford was customer-service minded from the first phone call I made to the dealership. I asked him to check on a stock number for a car I was interested in. He promptly called back and informed me of his findings. There was no pressure to come in immediately, however, I stopped by after work. When I met Larry the very first thing he offered was for me to test drive the car. No numbers, no paperwork, no finance stuff; I got to simply drive the car to see what I thought. I loved the vehicle, and Larry was not afraid to answer challenging questions. After working on a price that fit my budget, we struck a deal with the Sales Manager. I felt like Larry was my representative each time he went to the Manager for guidance on a price, feature, etc. I understand that this process of back-and-forth to the manager's desk with offers is typical at a dealership, but Larry made me feel like he was my advocate. I hate car shopping. I hate dealerships. I hate the process. Larry and Crossroads Ford - Cary changed all of that and made the experience enjoyable. Thanks! More
