I met Steve for the first time and felt very comfortable working with him. I told him what I was looking for and the options that I required. He found the vehicle for me, we went on a test drive after which he worked up the pricing information. At no time during this transaction did I feel that I was playing the "let's buy a car" game. There was no pressure, sales pitches, attempts to get me to upgrade or any of the usual events that make car buying such an unpleasant experience. Steve presented me with the sales figures with all incentives included and there was no haggling....an excellent price!!!! There was no pressure to accept the deal, it was simply laid out for me to either accept or reject. Though I had not planned on purchasing that day, the deal I was given was too good to pass up. I left that day in my new truck. Steve Schmidt was very thorough in his explanation of the features of the vehicle. He wanted to make sure that I understood all the features and controls on the truck. He led me through the process of setting up my Ford Sync account and went so far as to sync my smartphone with the vehicle before I left. I felt as though I were dealing with someone I had known for years, though we had only just met. I would and will recommend Steve Schmidt to anyone looking to purchase a Ford vehicle. His personality, mannerisms and attention to detail are the qualities that all of us should possess. More
My experience was GREAT. I found my dream truck on the internet and spoke Michael Ketter about it. He sent my credit application via email so that I didn't have to wait. When I got to the dealership I was totally impressed. Michael Ketter had my truck ready for me in their HUGH clean showroom. I went for a test drive and within minutes was in the office with Steve Carson finishing up the last of the paperwork. He had everything lined up for me to sign and I was done in minutes. I have walked out of car dealerships before because of haggling. That was not the case here at all. It was a very pleasant experience. It started to pour down rain and Mr. Ketter offered to go out and pull the truck in for me. After all he had already done I couldn't make him go out in the rain another time. They are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks bunches Mr. Ketter and Mr. Carson. More

This may sound like a commercial, but if you're looking for a new Ford, see Crossroads Ford Cary for best price, selection and the customer service. In particular my salesman, Jean-Marie Poisson, was outstanding to do business with. He was technically sound, had great patience with my many questions, and was very attentive without being overbearing as many sales people are. He has even maintained contact with me for the past several months to make sure that I'm enjoying my new vehicle - I am. I was similarly very pleased with the finance person whose name I have forgotten. The atmosphere at Crossroads is definitely customer oriented. More

Patrick is great and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and never tried to put me into a vehicle I was not comfortable with. He helped me find the best fit for me. The great service did not stop there. Patrick followed up regularly to be sure I was happy with the vehicle, and the service department was also fantastic every time I went in for anything, even just an oil change. Crossroad Fords took care of me and my car AFTER the sale, I have been to other dealers that made me feel like any service after the sale was inconvenient for them, never have I felt that way at Crossroads Ford in Cary! They make me feel like they value my business! I received an e-mail from Patrick recently regarding the 3 year anniversary of the purchase of my mustang. I was thinking that I might need a more sensible car than the mustang and decided to go talk to him. I did some research, considered some other makes of vehicles and decided to go look at a 2013 Ford Focus I saw online. Although I was pretty sure that was what I wanted Patrick took the time to show me some other vehicles they had that were pre-owned. Trading in my mustang was difficult, I loved that car as much that day as the day I bought it. I can say that I am just as excited about my new Focus and cannot wait to drive it to work tomorrow, Patrick and Steve Carson were great! I actually enjoyed buying a car for the second time and if the service continues to excel at Crossroads Ford of Cary, I will be back! More

I'm a female in my mid 20's and I will be the first person to admit that I know almost nothing about cars. I was apprehensive about the whole experience of having to buy a car on my own, and seve first person to admit that I know almost nothing about cars. I was apprehensive about the whole experience of having to buy a car on my own, and several different dealerships seemed to prove my apprehension right. I was treated like I was dumb, and salesmen were either pushy or really condescending. I was getting really irritated with the whole process. Then I stopped in this dealership, and from the first moment it was a completely different experience. Charlie Ross was right by the door to greet me. At the start, I was looking for a really cheap used sedan, but he never seemed annoyed or disappointed that I wasn't looking to spend a lot. He was very patient with me while I went back and forth on what I wanted and what I was going to test drive. When I test drove a Liberty, which is what I really really wanted, he went over all the positives with me, but never once was he pushy. In fact, he went out of his way to not be. I've worked in sales, and known a lot of people in sales, and he is by far one of the best I've ever met. Everyone was super helpful to help me with financing, and when I went back a couple of times to check on my plates, the salesmen remembered me. It wasn't in a vague way either, before I even got to the desk to ask about plates several people would have asked me how I was liking the Jeep. It made me really feel like I mattered to the company, and not just as a sale. I have highly recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car, and I know when I decide to upgrade or switch out cars in a few years that I will not be going anywhere else, I will be going straight to this dealership. More

I found a Ford FX2 F150 online that was well below msrp. I emailed the Crossroads ford asking if they could match the price with a vehicle I found in their inventory, not only did they match it they beat it I emailed the Crossroads ford asking if they could match the price with a vehicle I found in their inventory, not only did they match it they beat it! The first day at the dealership we were not able to make a deal but Mike Hudson and the team at Crossroads Ford did not give up. The next morning Mike called and said we were able to get the vehicle into my price point. Although I had to sell my previous vehicle to another dealership. Mike's hard work and willingness not to give up, made all the difference to get the vehicle into our price point. the entire staff was very friendly through the whole process. That night, when we picked up our new truck my partner lit up at the sight of it. Mike helped us sync our phones with the vehicle right there and showed us various features of the truck that we would have had trouble figuring out. I would recommend Crossroads Ford to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

I appreciate the efforts of Patrick and Mark - both guys are knowledgeable salesmen and it's refreshing to purchase a vehicle - that I've done much research on - and find salesmen that know as much and more; that is not usually the case. Not everything about purchasing a new vehicle is pleasant...I would recommend eliminating the back and forth sales tactics that consume the buyer's time. I do realize that dealerships are in the business to make money, but I PROMISE you as a mature customer those sale tactics only agitate the customer and "THAT" would be the only reason I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from Crossroads Ford. The dealer knew I was "serious" about buying a vehicle...so give me your no kidding best price up front and save me time to spend with my family and new purchase. Mark and Patrick did a great job - I would recommend them and the dealership to family and friends for their new vehicle needs. Thanks More
