The process of buying a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership was a pain free experience. Michael Ketter was very knowledgable about the vehicle and did his homework before I arrived. I had the pleasure of working with Larry Curtisford during my search for a new vehicle. I dealt with him on the internet first, and then in person for several test drives over three occasions - the la during my search for a new vehicle. I dealt with him on the internet first, and then in person for several test drives over three occasions - the last with my wife and sons visiting the dealership. Larry showed extreme patience with me, was incredibly courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products he was showing me. In the end after three months of car research and twenty seven models considered, it came down to a Ford Focus ST and a different brand. After careful consideration we chose the other brand - for practical reasons. With my height the seat position in the Focus just made it a bit too tight for my sons in the back, and we felt the other brand was going to be a better long term fit since they won't be getting any smaller as they get older. I loved the Focus, loved the service Larry provided and had the fit been a bit better, would have loved the purchase experience as well. Everything he did is the way it should be done - extreme politeness (little things like running ahead to open the door for my wife, pulling chairs up when our family discussed the car post test drive so my wife didn't have stand, going outside in brutal heat to make sure the A/C cooled the test car down, etc.) - in 20+ years of buying vehicles - I have never dealt with anyone as professional and nice as Larry - I am not exaggerating when I say I really felt bad in the end for not buying the vehicle from him. I know that if this is the way he treats all his customers - he has to be your top salesman. I've told him I will refer any friends and family in the market to him, and when its time to get our next vehicle - I will go to him first. Even though I didn't buy, he won me over with his service and deserves the right of first refusal on any future deals. Best of luck to Larry, and Crossroads Ford for enabling such a great experience. We felt no pressure during our buying decision and this made the buying decision very comfortable. Lisa made sure that any questions we had about the vehicle were answered and made sure that several features of the vehicle were explained in detail. We drove over 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase this vehicle and we were not disappointed. The dealership was indeed impresssive, the inside showroom was unbelievable. Lisa was thoroughly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Lee let us know about the extended wrap warranty, which was the deal-maker for us in purchasing the CPO. Chris in finance was extremely helpful in suggesting a pre-paid maintenance plan that would cover what I need.
