I submitted an online inquiry about a Ford Mustang and Larry called me very quickly. We discussed what I was looking for and set up an appointment for the next day. I then realized the next day wasnt good for me so I emailed Larry and asked about same day. He said it was not a problem so I went after work. He was the greatest sales person I have dealt with ever. He listened, was easy to talk too and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Needless to say he made the deal happen quickly and I drove home in my new Mustang same day. I had set up with Michael to come test drive the 2003 Toyota Tundra, we are about 2.5 hours from the dealership, the morning we were getting ready to come in and Michael called to let me know that someon Toyota Tundra, we are about 2.5 hours from the dealership, the morning we were getting ready to come in and Michael called to let me know that someone was taking it for a test drive and he wanted to let me know they might buy it, he sounded like he really cared and wanted to be sure we knew before driving the distance and the truck being sold. He was genuine and said sorry, I told him no worries I totally understood. He said he would keep me updated if they bought it or not. I waited about 30 more minutes and Michael called back and said the person left and did not buy so to come on in. I told him we were on our way. I got to Greensboro where i was picking up a friend to go with me, and I got another call from Michael and again I could tell he was really sorry that the customer came back who test drove it and had taken it to their credit union to buy, he said he was sorry and I said no worries I understand no fault of his and I totally appreciated him calling to let me know. Again though I could tell he was very genuinely sorry that I was halfway there and this had happened, but was no control of his. So me, my wife and friend looked up another truck that was in Fayetteville, which was about 2.5 hours away, we called they had it so we headed on down. The experience there was not good at all, and the truck had a leak around the trans gasket seal, so we left and were heading to one other dealer near by, but stopped to get something to eat real fast. As we were eating my friend said "you never know maybe the financing will not go through for the one Michael has at Crossroads Ford" No kidding about 5 to 10 min later my cell phone rang, I heard "Iowa are you in the market for a Tundra, and I said yeah what do you have, and he said the financing did not go through on that Tundra, this is Michael from Crossroads come on in my manager approved me to hold the key until you get here. AWESOME, I said I am in Fayetteville but we are on our way! It took us about 2 hours to get there but when we did Michael was waiting for us and as promised he was holding the truck and the key for me to test drive and look at. I checked under it and it looked very clean, no signs of any leaks, engine was nice, Michael pointed out the minor little dings right up front, wanted me to be sure I saw them, no surprises. He was very friendly and up front just like he was on the phone calls through out the day giving me updates. After we went through the paperwork process we worked with Craig Maxa, and again friendly, upfront, no pressure, explained their warranty plan, still no pressure, was very patient with us while we asked my friend etc on his opinion. I have bought 3 cars since 2003, 2 of which were brand new Kia's and this was hands down the best experience in car buying that i can remember. I was hoping to get the price a little bit lower, but after the service, and seeing how nice the truck was and not seeing many for sale with that low mileage, I was satisfied and felt good about buying it, though Michael did get approved to take a few hundred off for us driving all around that day. Michael called me today to check on me, asked if I was enjoying the truck.. and I let him know indeed. More

Do not see this sales person he is a lair, rude does not listen to the customer.will not work with you when asked questions he has short answers. Very pushy person from the start. I would not recommend this dearlorship or this sales person to anyone if you do use this dearlorship stay away from john arruda he should not be a sales person anywhere. The rudest person ever dealt with. Not willing to work with the customer avoid this salesman. Maybe they will get rid of him and make it a better place john arruda made my experience a nitemare.
